The Chef Assembly

The Chef Assembly returns to Philadelphia with a new name and a new format.  Years of programming multiple rooms always returned the feedback that it was difficult to make choices on what panels to attend.  As The Chef Assembly has evolved, it will now be a one room event over two days consisting of 9 panels versus one day and 6 panels.  More panels, more meals breaks, more networking opportunities all with the same price of the one day model.  The one room format is based to further the community engagement piece of The Chef Assembly with panelists and attendees having a shared experience.
